Postpartum Resources

Our mission focuses on supporting babies with donor human milk, but we know that caring for parents is just as important. While postpartum support isn’t part of our direct services, we’ve gathered some helpful resources for families navigating the early days, weeks, and months after birth.


Postpartum Anxiety/Depression Resources
  • Pregnant or just had a baby? The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline is free, confidential, and here to help, 24/7. Call or text: 833-852-6262.

  • Perinatal Mental Health conditions are the number one complication of childbearing and affect not only the pregnant person but also other family members, including dads and partners.

New Parent/Family Resources
  • Find free resources through the milk bank, as well as other supports including WIC and the Infant Risk Center.

  • For families in Dallas and surrounding area who are pregnant and/or have a child between 0-36 months: FREE weekly parenting classes, and other educational resources to referrals and material assistance.

  • Blessed Beginnings provides a safe place for parents to connect while reviewing important topics such as safe sleep, child development, nutrition and post-partum care.

  • Perinatal Connections is a FREE service that provides you with support and connections to community resources during your pregnancy and through one year after you deliver. Our team consist of registered nurses, family support coaches, and mental health counselors to answer your questions, we help you prepare for delivery, and check yours and your infant’s health for FREE.

  • Provided through North Texas Area Community Health Centers, free classes and resources for new and expecting parents.

  • No-cost doula support for eligible families in Tarrant County up to 1 year postpartum.
