Getting Ready for Your Home Pickup

After you call to schedule your home pickup, we will email you to confirm your scheduled day.
MMBNT staff will text you by 9:30am on the morning of your scheduled day with a pickup timeframe.
- Please respond to the text to confirm your availability. If we do not receive a text back, we will reschedule your pickup.
- If you have any questions or need to reschedule on the day of your scheduled pickup, call us back at 817-768-9868 – this is the number you received the confirmation text.
Our courier will text you at least 15 minutes prior to their arrival, if you've given permission to receive text messages.

To prepare for your pick-up:

Pack your milk donation prior to pick up by placing your frozen milk in an unscented plastic bag(s), such as a grocery bag.
1. Make sure each milk bag is labeled with pump date (MM/DD/YY)
Fill out a online DONATION FORM.
Include a DONATION CARD in each grocery bag. The courier will have extra donation cards if you need them. Reminder: frozen milk storage bags only need to be labeled with your pump date.
The courier will bring a cooler to collect your milk: you can give the courier your milk at your front door or they can help collect your bags from inside your home. Whatever makes you most comfortable.

*We love home pickup photos! If you’re up for it, wear your donor shirt during your home pickup. Our courier can snap a photo of you with your donation – these photos help us highlight the incredible gift of each donation to our community and raise awareness for milk donation in general!
