Getting Ready for Your Home Pickup
- After you call to schedule your home pickup, we will email you to confirm your scheduled day.
- On the day of your pickup, MMBNT staff will call you by 8:30am on the morning of your scheduled day with a pickup timeframe.
- Please note that we need to speak with you to confirm you are available – call us back at 817-810-0071 if you miss our call. If we do not speak with you, we will reschedule your pickup.
- Our courier will text you 15 minutes prior to their arrival, if you've given permission to receive text messages.
To prepare for your pick-up:
- Pack your milk donation prior to pick up by placing your frozen milk in an unscented plastic bag(s), such as a grocery bag.
- Include a DONATION CARD in each grocery bag. The courier will have extra donation cards if you need them. Reminder: frozen milk storage bags only need to be labeled with your pump date.
- The courier will bring a cooler to collect your milk: you can give the courier your milk at your front door or they can help collect your bags from inside your home. Whatever makes you most comfortable.
